The Next Level of Homemade Drinks
This year’s C&D meeting took place in Hamburg and was clouded by a nationwide rail strike. We still somehow managed to get to this great city in the North and met up at a trendy burger restaurant. However, great burgers along with nice drink creations were just the start of many great things to come!
You thought the cognac seminar was the highlight of this years C&D forum meeting? – Please – for a successful meeting there has to be at least one champagne tasting. That’s why on Sunday we did just that.
One of the many items on the agenda of the C&D forum meeting was a cognac seminar held by B.N.I.C. educator Julia Nourney. By sampling twelve different cognacs in three flights we had your work cut out for us and here are my promised tasting notes.
