Sometimes I have slightly crazy cocktail ideas. In this case, I asked myself how much grapefruit flavour I could get into a drink. So, besides some Jamaica rum I used four different grapefruit flavoured ingredients. Let us see how the drink turned out!

I rarely revisit old drinks of mine. The only reason for that is missing time and a long list of drinks to work through. However, this time I already had the perfect drink for two special rums I wanted to review.
In a line with last year, I came up with a tropical Champagne cocktail. This time it was inspired by the classic Hurricane. However, I also added a passion fruit jam as well as some Moscatel sherry just for good measure. Furthermore, this gives me the perfect excuse to review this rather new champagne.
There are a lot of bitter liqueurs out there. Some are as bitter as Campari. Others are meant to be used as an aperitive. In this case, the folks behind the 20457 Hafencity Gin decided to come up with a slightly bitter and grapefruit forward Aperitivo.
