Potion Approaching – Bozal Ensamble
This is the second White Negroni variation in a short time. However, I cannot remember that I ever made a Mezcal Negroni variation. So, to change that, I came up with this aloe enhanced recipe.

I really enjoy agave spirits, especially tequila. However, when it comes to how often I mix drinks with them, they tend to fall behind. To change that, I came up with a Tequila Manhattan variation with cherry eau de vie as the supporting role.
Yes, I know March is over, but I still have one more agave cocktail to go. In this case, I came up with a split base cocktail using tequila and rye. On top of that, I also threw in the rather unusual Parfait Amour. So, I guess you could call it a distant relative of […]

The next drink I want to present to you comes from my long list of cocktail ideas. Every time a flavour combination pops into my head, I write it down. So, there is a list of 200+ cocktails I could try. To lower the amount of cocktails on that list, I started going through it […]
You know what they say: Better late than never! However, this time I am over half a year late. Nevertheless, I am presenting a rather special Margarita variation to you. Basically, it is a Fig Margarita, but the fruitiness comes from a fig eau de vie and some fig liqueur.
