It took me more than a month to find the time to write about the latest tasting by our wine regular’s table. We chose the topic of German sparkling wines and of course I mixed in a little surprise.
I had this bottle of orange wine in my cellar for a while now. So, it was the perfect bottle to open with friends at a wine tasting. Especially, when the bottle in question comes from Azul Y Garanza. One of my favourite producers from Spain, because of their excellent value for money.
Lately, I am very into natural wine. Not the one tastes like apple vinegar, but good one instead. In this case, the ‘Kosmo’ comes from renown Hungarian producer Kristinus. This also gave me an excuse to use my new Bordeaux glasses and decanter.
