The Pomatium Gin comes from the Domaine du Coquerel which usually produces Calvados. Since, it is apple and pear flavoured, it seemed like a perfect fit to pair with a lilac syrup.

Citadelle already have a lot of experience with ageing gins. Yet, they went the extra mile with their Juniper Decadence bottling. So, I came up with a Sazerac version – a drink I usually would not use a gin in.
The spirit category I neglect the most definitely is vodka. However, every time I do get a new one, I tend towards Vesper variations. Luckily, I also got my hands on a great grape marc spirit to pair the vodka with.
One of the last drinks I mixed before Dry January 2024. I always enjoy mixing with Japanese whisky. In this case, I had the chance to create a Rob Roy variation with the Yoichi Single Malt.
Here is another drink to reminisce on summer! A lower ABV highball which serves as a perfect refresher for the hotter days, or as an excellent Aperitif. I just wanted to play around with the flavours here and use rosemary as a garnish.
