Liqourice Whisky Sour
Even before we visited the Stauning distillery, I made a variation of a Whisky Sour with Danish whisky and liquorice syrup. I just had to play on the connection of the Danish liquorice syrup from Bülow and the whisky.

Distillery Visit – Stauning Whisky
As promised in my article on my holiday drinks, we visited the Stauning Distillery, located right across the Ringkøbing Fjord. So, it was a must-visit.

This summer holiday we went to the Westcoast of Denmark for a change. I chose a few different half size wine bottles and we bought a variety of beers. Especially the non-alcoholic beers were great.
Northern Air – Stauning Høst
Stauning’s blended malt has been given a makeover. It now comes in a beautiful, unique bottle. This gave me the chance to review the Høst whisky. On top of that, I also created a cocktail inspired by nordic flavours.
