I had this bottle of orange wine in my cellar for a while now. So, it was the perfect bottle to open with friends at a wine tasting. Especially, when the bottle in question comes from Azul Y Garanza. One of my favourite producers from Spain, because of their excellent value for money.
Lately, I am very into natural wine. Not the one tastes like apple vinegar, but good one instead. In this case, the ‘Kosmo’ comes from renown Hungarian producer Kristinus. This also gave me an excuse to use my new Bordeaux glasses and decanter.
A break from all the wine and on with another Negroni variation. There are never enough of them! This one really is something for the discerning Negroni drinker and the Caçhaca fan.
