Secret Meeting – Vallein Tercinier V.S.O.P
The Vallein Tercinier V.S.O.P cognac has recently been given a new design. Fortunately, Kirsch Whisky was kind enough to send me a bottle to sample. I opted for a Cognac Summit variation, which turned out to be the perfect choice for such hot days.
Artist’s Special – Element R/1.0
As you will know from my recent article on Irish whiskey tasting, I am a big fan of the country and its whiskey in particular. Fortunately, Kirsch Whisky provided me with their relatively new Element Fusion Series R/1.0.

It has been a long time since I featured Farthofer Whisky on my blog. Yet, way back when I did enjoy them very much. Now I am happy to feature another bottle here. Additionally, I also managed to remix the winning cocktail of the ‘Whisky category’ from the “Made in GSA” cocktail competition.
Bad Habit – Del Maguey San Luis del Rio
As promised here is at least one more agave based cocktail during the month of May. In this case, I went for a mango forward Mezcal Margarita with a little bit extra. On top of that, I had the chance to try another single village bottling by Del Maguey.
Hymnostic – Ode Ruby Wood
When you have an open bottle of champagne in our fridge it is best to use it in a sparkling wine cocktail! So, this is exactly what I did. On top of that, I combined it with the natural red aperitif from Ode.

As we could not include this bottle of champagne in our natural wine tasting in March, I opened it as an aperitif at Easter. Suffice to say, the bottle did not disappoint.
