The Next Level of Homemade Drinks
The “Amarillo” was the next beer I tried from the Gänstaller Braumanufaktur. This double beer is inspired by Bamberg’s bock beer and uses Amarillo hops. Since, the flavour profile reminded me a bit of exotic fruits, I decided to mix up a Beergarita with it.

It has been a while since the last Spirited news here at the blog. However, the Lagerkorn 12, basically a German whisky, by the Sasse distillery near Munster makes this one rather special. Instead of making a cocktail with this rare spirit, I went for a boilermaker – the spirit neat and a beer.
