The Next Level of Homemade Drinks
Well, I was quite busy in the last few weeks and creating and writing about cocktails definitely came too short. With a baby on the way and quite the workload on my regular job something just had to be paused. Yet, I still managed to come up with quite the delicious no ABV cocktail.
I really like using tea in non-alcoholic cocktails. This time the drink was inspired by a classic fizz. However, the spirit is replaced with an organic alpine herbs tea. On top of that, I again used an organic, alcohol-free cider in the recipe!
Let us start with Dry January. I have a non-alcoholic cocktail forn you that is great for celebrating. It uses a great, high-quality non-alcoholic pear Cidre and an excellent Rooibos tea.
For this article I am again sticking to rum. I do not know why, but I in my opinion the rum-market is really buzzing right now. So, today I am presenting to you a blended Caribbean rum from an independent German bottler. The Rum Artesanal brings together rum from Barbados and Jamaica.
