I thought I would make it a hat trick and write about the third tequila drink in a row. This time it is all about a great blanco tequila in combination with White Negroni variation. With a little extra in the form of a strawberry pepper bitters.
The next drink I want to present to you comes from my long list of cocktail ideas. Every time a flavour combination pops into my head, I write it down. So, there is a list of 200+ cocktails I could try. To lower the amount of cocktails on that list, I started going through it […]
You know what they say: Better late than never! However, this time I am over half a year late. Nevertheless, I am presenting a rather special Margarita variation to you. Basically, it is a Fig Margarita, but the fruitiness comes from a fig eau de vie and some fig liqueur.

Today is Cinco de Mayo and I was asked to create cocktails with tequila and Mezcal from Topanito. So, this is exactly what I did. My initial idea was a deconstructed Paloma cocktail which coincidentally also ended up crystal clear. On top of that, I am also presenting an umami laced Mezcal cocktail to you.
I do not know how many people have heard of the Rosita cocktail. This rather uncommon tequila cocktail basically is a Perfect Negroni with a combination of dry and sweet vermouth. So, to change that I decided to make a twist on this great drink! On top of that, I am presenting a very good […]
