Hot & Cool – Kota Pandan Liqueur
To be honest, I am not the biggest fan of pandan. Yet, the Kota Liqueur for itself is definitely a high quality ingredient. Especially, if you use it in an Old-Fashioned variation.

If you ask me whether you should use expensive bottles of alcohol to make cocktails, my answer is definitely yes! Obviously, it depends on the drink you want to make, but all the other ingredients should be of the best possible quality too. In this case, I added some exotic flavours to the delicious For […]
Even though I photographed a few cocktails before our move, I barely have time for anything else since. Yet, I still want to present to you this great agave-forward Old-Fashioned variation. It uses a combination of two tequilas which really adds a nice layer of complexity.

The start of this little series marks a drink inspired by the local cuisine of the Northeast. All of that resulted in a kind of Old-Fashioned variation using the Michter’s Sour […]
On with my little series on eau de vie cocktails. This time I again was inspired by the Flavor Bible to come up with this Old-Fashioned variation. Since pears go well with cinnamon and balsamic vinegar, I thought I just throw those three things together. Apart from that we also take a look at the […]
